Fully complete THE CONVENIENT ONLINE CAMPER APPLICATION including program/session selection, bus transportation/catered lunch program options, and applicable discount opportunities.
OPTION 1: Deposit + Full Balance on November 30, 2019 (mandatory for Nov. 30 Early Registration/Full Payment Discounts)
OPTION 2: Deposit + Balance in 3 Equal Payments on March 15, 2020, April 15, 2020 and May 15, 2020
OPTION 3: Deposit + Full Balance of Payment on April 15, 2020
OPTION 4: Pay in Full at Time of Registration (this is the only option if registering after April 15, 2020)
Place your VISA or MASTERCARD information in the space indicated in the Camper Application Form or submit a current-dated cheque make payable to Zodiac Day Camp, representing the aggregate deposit (if not paying in full at the time of registration) required to be made. The Deposit is to be calculated on the following basis (and will be considered a partial payment towards the total camp fee):
- $125.00 per camper per 1-week session (Day Care, Pre-Kid-Vantage, Kid-Vantage, Specialty, L.E.A.D. and C.I.T.)
- $60.00 PER CAMPER PER 1-WEEK SESSION (adult & Tot)
Place your VISA or MASTERCARD information in the space indicated on the Camper Application Form and/or submit current or post-dated cheque(s) made payable to Zodiac Day Camp (mailed or delivered to the Camp office), representing the amount/balance of the total fee(s) payable (after deducting the applicable Deposit amount) in accordance with the payment option selected in Step 3. Please note that credit card payments are not available to families selecting and taking advantage of the Pay By Cheque/Cash/e-transfer Discount.
Please note that if any payments are declined:
- NSF cheque: an administrative charge of $35.00 will apply
- Visa/Mastercard: an administrative charge of $25.00 per each declined credit card transaction will apply
Complete and submit the Camper Application, together with the full payment in accordance with Steps 3-5 listed above, as well as a current picture and a copy of the birth certificate or passport for each camper. If any step has not been completed and/or any portion of the materials required has not been submitted, the application in question cannot be processed.
